A good way to learn new English vocabulary is doing theatre!
We are going to do Pretty Rity story.
First of all, we are going to remember the animals. To work about it, the teacher is going to say an animal and the students are going to do the song that this animal does.
Then, we are going to read the story looking at a SlideShare with text and images. Images will help children to understand the story. To see it go to the following link:

Now, we are going to do two or three groups in class to represent it and then, we can prepare a show where parents can come and see the thatre.

This is so because it reminds me an experience that I had last year in the school where I was working.
For the different activities around the school library, we had to prepare some theatre plays for the rest of the classmates.
I decided to choose Pretty Rity story with my group of students.
